CALL FOR COMMUNITY VOICES

How do we reduce hunger and fulfill the right to food, nutrition and health for all?

WPHNA and Congress partners the University of Westminster are inviting community members, leaders, workers and advocates from all parts of the world to join the conversation about hunger and human rights at the WPHN Congress 2024.

Submissions are invited to share experiences and challenges related to feeding and meeting nutrition needs of individuals, infants, families, and communities.

The format of submissions can be:

  • A brief video of under 3 minutes.

  • An email of up to 250 words.

  • A photo essay or drawing

  • A poster

  • Other as desired

A film created from the submissions will be aired during the congress and the inputs will contribute to the Congress recommendations. These in turn will feed into future advocacy for global actions and policies.

Submissions are opening on February 1st 2024, and will be closed on April 30th 2024.

"Questioning the Solutions: Has the Decade of Nutrition delivered?"

At the close of the UN Decade of Nutrition 2016-2025, the Congress will take a new look at priorities and actions needed now.
